We are actively seeking a bilingual French and/or Spanish speaking experienced sales administrator to work as part of our busy Sales Operations team. Please note this is an office-based position, based in Elstree, and remote working is not available.

**Role purpose**:
To work as part of the busy Sales Operations team covering various tasks to include; preparation of dispatch documentation, processing orders and quotes and dealing with enquiries.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Supporting Sales Operations and Sales team with administration related responsibilities that arise in line with business requirements.
- Liaise with other departments on any issues arising.
- Learn our product base sufficiently to answer customer queries.
- Work as part of a team

**Key requirements**
- Sales administration experience
- Fluent in English, French and/or Spanish, with good verbal and written communication skills
- Educated to GCSE Level, Maths & English A - C.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in office-based administration environment.
- Must be IT competent.
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent eye for detail.
- Will be confident in being part of a team where accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness are all critical.
- Conscientious, customer focused and able to prioritise workloads.
- Show initiative & flexibility, and be able to work with minimum supervision after suitable training.
- Knowledge of to Microsoft Outlook preferred.

You must be able to reliably commute to the office in Centennial Park, Elstree, Hertfordshire and live in one of the following areas: Elstree, Borehamwood, Stanmore, Edgeware, Stanmore, Bushey, Shenley. If not please do NOT apply'

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
