- Basic salary range of £22000 to £31500 per year, dependent on experience

- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day in lieu in exchange)

**The responsibilities of a Property Manager **at haart Estate Agents in Earley**
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

**The skills and abilities you will require to be a Property Manager **at haart Estate Agents in Earley**
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
- Ability to meet deadlines
