TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Bookkeeping & Payroll Administrator to join a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants based in Chatham, Kent. Due to ongoing growth within the company, theyre looking for an experienced Bookkeeping & Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team.

**Payroll**
- Ensure clients payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Process leavers, holiday pay, sick pay and statutory payments.
- Answer payroll queries.
- Process any out of cycle payments
- Any other ad-hoc payroll duties as required

**Bookkeeping**
- Bookkeeping through to trial balance stage
- Helping clients get prepared for MTD
- Supporting with management accounts
- Setting up clients on cloud software (Xero) and advising them on how to use it
- Completing CIS returns
- VAT preparation and returns

**Benefits**:

- £23,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
- A highly competitive benefits package is also on offer.

You will need previous accountancy practice or bureau experience either within bookkeeping, or payroll with at least 1-2 years experience. You will need experience of either payroll or bookkeeping software such as Xero, Sage, QuicBooks, Moneysoft, Brightpay, Iris etc.
