Ereferral Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 e-Referral Lead to join the Trauma and Orthopaedics team in the Patient Services Centre (PSC).

The role will require you to be the central point of contact for your team on the use of the e-Referral system and to provide a comprehensive administrative service for all aspects of the of e-Referral system including utilising the reporting functions. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated individual who will deliver a 1st class service to all of our patients.

Patient Services Centre (PSC) staff are hardworking, committed to patient care and often the first point of contact for the patients, they are responsible for:
Booking over 650,000 outpatient appointments each year, covering 50 specialties across the TrustBooking first and follow up appointments, rescheduling/cancelling appointments, and clinic managementMaking and receiving around 20,000 calls per month from patients
