**Role Outline **: The job of a slinger signaller is one of the most important jobs on a building site. It requires skill, diligence, and concentration. Their main responsibility is to ensure the safety of the operators, and any other workers or site visitors that could be at risk.

**Skills and attributes desirable:  **
- Working knowledge of on construction sites.
- Knowledge of using the standard hand signals used by slinger signallers
- Able to provide two checkable references of previous work.
- Good physical condition.
- Familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures.
- Capable of working with mínimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely.
- A full understanding of typical duties required for Slinger Signaller, working to instruction with mínimal supervision, ability to work with others and helping tradesman and chargehands
- Driving license (desirable but not essential)  

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £17.58 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smethwick, B66 2RT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Banksmen & Signallers: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPCS BLUE (required)
