Commercial Lawyer

A well established and expanding law firm with offices across Hampshire are recruiting for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team in Portsmouth. The firm itself is a multi service practice, offering a full range of personal and commercial services to avaried client base. The commercial team is a major part of the business and deal with a wide range of matters. They are seeking a lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to work in a fee earning role within the team. The incoming lawyer will be dealing with commercialmatters that includes terms and conditions, distribution agreements, agency agreements, NDA's, joint ventures and there also be the opportunity to work alongside the commercial debt recovery and commercial property teams.
