- We are looking for a Plater, where your expertise in working with steel plates will contribute to the fabrication of ship components. Your role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, using cutting-edge tools, and collaborating with a team to ensure the timely production of high-quality components. Precision and attention to detail are critical as you cut, shape, and assemble steel plates according to project requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings to understand plating requirements.
- Use cutting-edge tools to cut, shape, and assemble steel plates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in plating
- Excellent references from previous employers
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Must have a communicative level of English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 66 per week
