Job Title: Installations Administrator

Our team is growing

Due to our continuing success and demand we need to hire an additional team member based at our Head Office in Middleton Cheney near Banbury.

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the Installations team
- Coordinate and schedule installations
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information
- Respond to customer queries and provide product information where necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the installations department runs smoothly
- Prepare reports for the Directors
- Stock management reports

**Requirements**:

- GCSE in Maths & English
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word) & experience with using a CRM system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with an "Amazing" attitude
