About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed, creative and experienced **Marketing Assistant** to join our central services team in **Nantwich.**
As a **Marketing Assistant** will be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and innovation, supporting to:
- **Make Belong visible and accessible to wide and diverse cohort of customers and colleagues**
- **Promote the Belong brand**. Supporting marketing campaigns that **raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement,**:
- **The production of advertising and marketing materials.** Working within Belong brand guidelines, curating content and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely production and fulfilment.
- **Drive online engagement.** Optimise the use of digital platforms to enhance the Belong presence and promote village activities and events.
You will be qualified to level 3 in Business Admin and/or Marketing. The role is predominantly Monday - Friday however due to the nature of the business we need someone who is reliable and able to fulfil contracted hours and flexible work patterns. We offer a hybrid working pattern to employees after a period of office based training and induction.
**The salary for this role is £26,948 per annum.**

**Requirements**:
Demonstrates personal qualities to deliver belong vision and values appropriate to this level
Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills; verbally, in writing and through media, using diverse strategies; including the preparation of reports, delivering presentations and customer facing literature
Proven experience and ability to build positive and productive relationships with customers, colleagues and professionals
Experience and ability to be creative, write copy for newsletters and online content with accurate proof reading, dealing with print and other relevant agencies
Experience and confidence in producing management information to monitor, analyse, evaluate and identify improvements
Prioritises own work ensuring it meets organisational objectives and to the required standard; effectively managing competing deadlines and multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Good understanding of the needs of older people, and the health & social care market
Strong customer care focus with a desire to support teams to provide an excellent service
Proficient in the use of database software and Microsoft products including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint to manage processes, training and reporting
Knowledge and experience of working in a PR/Marking environment, working with the marketing principles and focussing on an excellent customer experience
Marketing qualification and/or experience, or NVQ 3 in in administration or equivalent
Reliable, flexible and able to fulfil contracted hours and expectations and demands of the role
Holds a current driving license and willing to travel to other business sites
