**WHAT are the HOURS?**

**Monday to Friday shifts between 7.30am and 5.45pm.**

**WHAT Qualification will I GAIN? Early Years Educator Level 3**

**HOW does the Apprenticeship work?**
- **1-2-1** meeting once a month with your Tutor (2-3 hours) via T**eams **(you’ll learn part of 1 module)
- You **will not** attend college for one day a week
- 6 hours of your working week will be spent on apprenticeship work, this includes:

- (assignments, independent study, training & development activities)
- These hours will be agreed with your manager, either split across the throughout the week, or on a set day
- After 6 months, you’ll start preparing for your End Point Assessment (EPA) doing mocks of:

- multiple choice tests, presentations of your work and Q&A’s

Harlequin are a private family run business based in a converted listed building offering charm and character. One of the first original nurseries in the area, they have been open for over 23 years Harlequins looks after children form 6 weeks to 5 years old, over 2 floors, in its Caterpillar room and Butterfly room.

**DAY to DAY, you will.**
- Deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others.
- Develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.

- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths grade 4/C or above
- UK Residency (MUST have lived in the UK for 3 years+)
