As we continue to uphold these values, Inglewood Care Home is looking for empathetic and dedicated individuals to join our night team as Care Assistants. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of care through the night, ensuring our residents' safety and comfort.
**Shifts**:
- 12-hour shifts from 20:00 to 08:00
- Alternative weekends
- Rolling two-week roster
- Full and Part-Time Contracts Available
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Administering medication as directed
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Escorting residents to appointments or social outings as necessary
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, patient demeanor
- Independence with a strong sense of responsibility
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm and professional in stressful situations
- Familiarity with care protocols and infection control
