FILM & SMART SURFACE SOLUTIONS (F&SSS)

We are Film & Smart Surface Solutions (F&SSS) and currently active in more than 50 countries. Our main production location is in the UK, with plans in place to realise a second production location in Asia. Our R&D and Technical centres are already in all three territories, Americas, Asia and Europe.

Our target for the F&SSS division is to become the market leader in the in-mold electronics space for the automotive industry. It capitalizes on emerging trends in human-machine interfaces, displays and in-mold electronics. The division combines our extensive offering of speciality films for the industrial and automotive industries with our developing portfolio of flexible and formable conductive and non-conductive inks. The combination of these products with our in-depth materials and process expertise enables our customers to create formed, structurally rigid three dimensional automotive controls and displays that are at the forefront of modern cockpit aesthetics and functionality. **Job Purpose**:
**This job is on a two-shift basis. Earlies: Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm, Friday 6am - 4pm & Lates: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm, Fridays off.**
- Safe collection and storage of finished products.
- Collation and packaging of Customer orders in accordance with packing specifications and customer requirements.
- Storage and distribution of materials to meet operational objectives and internal customers’ requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and carry out daily checks on materials handling equipment.
- Loading of vehicles and containers.
- Offloading and checking of deliveries.
- Locate materials into Despatch locations.
- Supply materials from Despatch locations.
- Report transactions within SAP.
- Picking and packing of Customer orders.
- Reporting and labelling through SAP and other computerised systems.
- Housekeeping in Despatch locations.
- Carry out stocktaking duties.
- Occasional driving duties are required.
- Adhere to company and departmental policies/procedures.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Certified driver of Manual Handling equipment.
- Fully trained to carry out necessary reporting on SAP and other computerised systems.
- Able to assemble and pack external orders and pick and deliver internal requisitions.
- Ability to source information if needed.
- Chemical segregation awareness.
- Able to prioritise workload.
- Hazardous Goods Awareness.
- Customer awareness and product knowledge.
- Trained to carry out stocktaking duties.
