**Project Surveyor - Residential Developer**

**West London**

**Role**:
Potensis Selection are currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking to enhance their commercial team by recruiting a Project Surveyor.

You will have the opportunity to work with 3 sites, on each you will be responsible for around 100 units. The Project Surveyor will be a key component in overseeing the management of costs, the sourcing and subsequent management of sub-contractors and foreseeing any potential issues.

**In addition, you will be**:

- Managing the procurement process of each new site.
- Manage the cost control of the sites when they are in process, ensuring everything is running in line with the budget.
- Establish and maintain key supplier relationships, procuring, tendering and appointing sub-contractor packages.
- Holding valuation meetings.
- Produce financial performance review summaries.
- Looking ahead and foreseeing any potential issues that may arise and resolving them.

**Requirements**:

- This company is ideally looking for an existing Project Surveyor but they are also open to ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyors who are looking for a step up in their career.
- It is essential that the person filling this role has experience with house building having ran at least 1 site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
