- Midweight Interior Architect**
**Salary - £32,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)**
**Type - Permanent**
**Location - Chertsey, Surrey **
My client is an multi-disciplined team, specialising in luxury interior architecture and design; looking to take on a Midweight Interior Architect/Designer on a permanent basis in Chertsey, Surrey. You will join a close-knit and dynamic team where you willbe encouraged to develop your own professional goals.
**The Midweight Interior Architect will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ or more of industry experience working on high-end luxury residential and hospitality interiors
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in client relationship management in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to achieve desired outcomes
- Desire to grow and experience a fun and practical environment, immersing yourself in design culture & dedication to its growth
- Effective communicator with ability to listen, understand and act

**The Midweight Interior Architect role will involve**:

- Producing technical drawings, schedules and detailed specifications
- Skilled in delivery of FF&E package including sourcing, finishes, fixtures & equipment alongside furniture procurement
- Create & develop conceptual designs and ability to present to client
- Capable of considering bespoke furniture design, art curation and interior styling of projects ahead of professional photography
- Visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with design and development
- To liaise where appropriate with members of the external design team
