**We’re looking for a Spa Reservationist to join our iconic Spa & Wellness team.**

**As a Spa Reservationist at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating the spa treatment schedule in order to maximise revenue
- Promote treatments and upsell where possible to enhance the guest experience
- Communicate efficiently with different departments within the hotel

As a **Spa Reservationist** you will mainly be working Monday to Frida, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will be 9am-5pm but shifts over the weekend when needed (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
