**Adecco Worcester are recruiting on behalf of our wonderful client based in Worcester for an Executive PA.**

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a successful organisation supporting the Senior Management team and acting as their first point of contact.

This is a brand-new role for the business which means you can really put your stamp on it... as the role evolves so will you

You will manage and co-ordinate diaries, organise travel, provide meeting support to include planning and report preparation, arrange and attend meetings, events, book venues and equipment.

You will also oversee the office to include HR administrative duties so strong Microsoft office skills are a must; you will also produce and edit presentations using PowerPoint.

Communication skills are fundamental as you will liaise with site managers, customers and internal departments.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to make this role their own, you may become involved with projects, data analysis including KPIS so experience of this would be beneficial.
