As a growing start-up with ambitious plans, backed by founders with more than 50 combined years of experience in senior roles across large, diverse UK organisations, they're now looking to welcome a brand new Head of Product to the team

They provide innovative, user-led solutions based on first-hand experience of building, running and transforming technology estates.

The role

As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will be an evangelist for product management and deliver successful outcomes for clients. You'll build a pipeline of opportunity, win and deliver on projects too. You should adopt a start-up mentality, work collaboratively with the in-house teams, and help drive growth to support ambitious plans

You'll be key to creating a compelling product strategy and translate this into an actionable product roadmap, leading the end-to-end SDLC by collaborating with the in-house teams.

Strong communication will be key to engage senior stakeholders and operational delivery teams too.

They have a product portfolio of 7 - some of which are still sketches on paper. Here you will accelerate existing products to the top of their games, whilst launching new markets to disrupt the market too.
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Prioritise and approve epics, sprint plans and deliverables
- Drive external market engagement
- Lead on tendering and pitching for new business
- Provide simple, high-quality, professional, and collaborative services
- Be a true ambassador to attract both clients and talent as they grow

The company

They're experts in tech, supporting huge organisations to define and implement top digital strategies. Most of their work is in the Public sector working with organisations such as the NHS (they recently won a project related to digital transformation in the field of Skin Cancer), but they have also worked with clients such as Google/Youtube, Crufts, The Olympics, PWC and more. As a Head of Product, you'll shape the company's strategy as they continue to grow and progress forward
