We work with window fabricators and installers, as well as waste companies throughoutthe UK to ensure the valuable uPVC material is not lost to landfill.

We use our innovative recycling process to close the loop on uPVC recycling. This means that old windows and doors can be recycled and extruded into new windows and doors that boast the same standard of quality as the ones previous.

We are seeking multi-skilled production operatives (MSOs) to join our team who are highly motivated, driven and who are keen to learn and gain new experiences to progress their career.

**Main Purpose**

Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through leadership in all phases of production.

Optimise production performance in all phases to ensure that production targets are achieved in accordance to standard operating procedures.

Support the Production Supervisor and Production Manager with regular communication and clear handovers to ensure continuous improvement and continuity between shifts.

**Responsibilities**

Multi-skilled Operative trained and capable of performing all production roles (P1,P2,P3,P4 Extruder and Quality) including deputising for the Production Supervisor.

Ability to transfer between all production roles daily.

Work safely by following the SOP and procedures.

Complete a visual safety inspection of the equipment prior to operation.

Operate the machinery and monitor it continuously to optimise running conditions.

Support the Production Supervisor with continuous improvement throughout the shift, reporting progress and track improvements.

Identification, weighing and recording of regrind and waste streams and the correct disposal of waste stream material.

Operation of PLC driven control system, for the purpose of optimising the production process, and diagnostic checks noting faults and reporting to production and maintenance supervision.

Record the weights on the production documentation and bulk bag.

Support initiatives to ensure mínimal waste and improve housekeeping during production.

**Personal Specification**

**Essential**:
FLT Licence - Counterbalance

**Desirable**:
360' Crane Licence

Telehandler Licence

**Required Knowledge**

Production Operative background - 1-2 years

Ability to work across multiple areas of the production process

Understanding of production costs to include waste, downtime and re-work.
