Atlanta Insurance Group offers a wide range of insurance products and services to thousands of customers.

Based in the centre of Manchester, we are recruiting a Business Insurance Team Leader to join our established Commercial Insurance Call Centre Team.

This exciting opportunity is to coach, motivate and develop a team of insurance sales representatives, whilst personally playing an integral part of our business, helping shape our operation to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

How will you do this

You will influence behaviours and culture within the department ensuring professionalism and always promoting teamwork, whilst managing and leading the day-to-day activity and performance of your team, ensuring that we provide the highest standards of customer service.

With your experience of working in a similar area, you will be able to support your manager using your knowledge and skills in making sure the department delivers their objectives with a focus on customer outcomes. A natural people person, you will develop strong relationships with your team and other stakeholders across the business too.

Proactive in your approach you will produce accurate and timely information as required, including any ad-hoc job-related tasks. You will be self-motivated and able to challenge your team members as well as those above you to drive good outcomes.

You will also:

- Consistently access call evaluations & the accuracy of policy processing
- Manage the performance of your team to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements
- Make accurate and informed decisions understanding the impact of situations at a department level
