Walking Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**:
Please not that salary will be pro-rated for part-time hours.

This position is temporary.

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and flexible individual who will be responsible for the successful development, co-ordination & sustainability of the Walking programme across East Dunbartonshire.

Partnership working to ensure effective delivery to key target groups is essential.

The post holder will required to work with our some outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays may be required from time to time.

Enhanced Disclosure Scotland checks will apply.

The following criteria applies to all roles within East Dunbartonshire Council where PVG/Disclosure checks are essential criteria

In specific circumstances the payment could be deducted in instalments from an employee’s wages following commencement of employment. Approval in such circumstances will be made by HR Services Lead.

Should an employee leave in advance of the payment being deducted, the full amount will be deducted from the employee’s final salary.
