**Summary**:
ISG construction is looking to recruit a Project Admin to provide support across a large education project in the Cardiff region. This is an entry level position that would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the construction industry. We are ideally looking for individuals who are local to the Fairwater, Cardiff area.

**Key Accountabilities**:
To meet and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
To ensure all visitors entering the building comply with signing in and security procedures, as appropriate
To provide an effective and efficient call handling operation, answering and screening telephone calls in a professional manner, using own initiative to resolve any queries arising
To receive post and notify deliveries
To facilitate the booking of meeting rooms and refreshments required
To ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy and maintained
To provide additional administrative help as and when required
To liaise with third party companies on the provision of courier services, and stationary etc
Typing, printing, distribution and filing and archiving of correspondence, reports etc

**Skills and Experience**:
Must be able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively
Pleasant and confident telephone manner
Must be able to work on own initiative
Accuracy/attention to detail
Flexible approach
Team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook /Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and IT literate
