**The Marketing Executive role**

The purpose of your role will be to manage and coordinate all marketing and advertising activities of the business to ensure our ongoing success.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with all members of the team to ensure marketing activities align with current business goals.

**Key duties**
- Writing job adverts and posting on various job boards.
- Administration and management of the CRM system to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Social media management including idea generation, image creation, copywriting and performance monitoring including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Managing social media profiles and Google My Business, making updates as necessary.
- Managing the company website content, creating new pages, uploading testimonials, and updating information and images.
- SEO analysis and ongoing SEO maintenance of the company website.
- Identifying website improvement opportunities, and liaising with website developers as necessary.
- Blogs including idea generation relevant to our target audience, keyword research, writing, publishing, and online promotion.
- Liaising with the Consultants to ensure job adverts meet the needs of the individual client/role, making recommendations for changes to optimise visibility and attractiveness.
- Monitoring competitor activity and producing monthly competitor reports.
- Keeping up to date with marketing and industry trends, communicating relevant information throughout the business.
- Recommending new marketing strategies, ideas, and tactics plus brainstorming new ideas for the business.

**About you**

We are a small yet highly ambitious team, therefore a positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach is key for this role. You will be able to multi-task effectively whilst maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and copywriting skills.
- Self-motivated with good work ethic and the ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Website management with good content design skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to identify and recommend business opportunities.
- Experience working in a marketing role, most ideally in a service-based B2B environment - a background in recruitment marketing would be fantastic

**What you can expect**
- Hybrid working - 1 day per week in our Heathfield office, remaining days working from home.
- Can be full or part-time to suit your needs.
- Competitive salary with potential performance related bonus - both personal and company based.
- 20 days holiday per annum rising by a day per year to a maximum of 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
