Team Leader for Domiciliary Homecare Provider

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and dedicated person with previous care experience, who is wanting to step-up and progress within the care sector.
This is a varied, often fast-paced role; therefore, you should be well organised, be able to multi-task, adapt to change, be quick thinking, capable of taking on multiple responsibilities and have a genuine passion for providing care and support in the community.

**THE ROLE: -**:

- reporting to Regional Manager
- managing a team of Support Assistants and working with your Deputy Team Leader to maintain an efficient and smooth running support network to both clients and staff
- leading the recruitment process of new staff, supporting your team through; spot checks, supervisions, team meetings and training
- assessing potential clients, writing person-centred care plans, client reviews and risk assessments
- liaising with colleagues, professionals and families to ensure our clients receive the best care and support they possibly can, ensuring they have access to all available services
- maintaining staff and client files, to ensure CQC compliance
- auditing staff and client files, to ensure CQC compliance
- Weekly reporting and monthly auditing
- meeting deadlines
- rotas and on-call
- care visits

- Previous experience in a care setting is required
- Mandatory Induction training

- Have a valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle

**Please Note: - To be considered for this role and to move on to the next stage in the selection process, you must have a valid UK drivers licence with access to your own vehicle, and be available to work alternate weekends. This is not a 9-5, Monday to Friday role.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £18.00 per hour
