Customer facing role where you will come in to contact with students, to enhance the student experience in Teesside University owned halls of residences by providing an efficient reception and concierge service. Based within the Accommodation & Housekeeping team the post holder will be predominantly located within the Cornell Quarter student residence but will contribute to the work of the wider team.

To provide a professional reception and customer service experience to students, staff, visitor’s and contractors on the Cornell Quarter reception desk. This can be in person, by telephone and by electronic communication. To be responsible for the overall management and delivery of post within the Cornell Quarter to students residing in accommodation.
