**Salary**:£24,000 - £26,000

We would like to welcome an IT Assistant into our European IT department, supported by the wide European community and reporting into the Team Manager for Local infrastructure delivery.

This role would suit someone working as an administrator within a technology or IT company Or a recent college leaver with a qualification in IT.

Perhaps you have great attention to detail, you enjoy a structured day and have a passion for learning new skills?

Not only will you be a confident communicator you will be one of the first few people our new starters come into contact with, when arranging their IT equipment and setting up accounts.

You will be Liaising with third party suppliers, raising approval paperwork and purchase orders. Maintaining stock levels and arranging delivery/collection of hardware to users.

You will also be responsible for
- Ensuring asset documentation is completed and maintained
- Mobile Phone setup
- Completing reports to ensure audit compliance
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
