This Finance Business Partner role would see you supporting the e-commerce side of the business through a transformation aspart of the business's Digital Strategy. This is truly a value add position in a vibrant, pacy business.**

**The Role**
Focussing specifically on the digital side of the business you'll play a key role supporting the roll out of their Digital Strategy and ultimately in the achievement of their ambitious growth goals. You will be adding value by supporting and challenging businessperformance through the provision of insight and analysis and partnering the operations team to identify risks and opportunities. You'll deliver the business reporting suite to the team and board, ensuring a robust performance management framework to monitorperformance against strategic goals, and delivering continuous improvements across reporting, reviewing performance, forecasting and budgeting.
**The Person**:

- Part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- E-commerce, digital retail sector experience
- Analytical background and commercial acumen
- Able to interpret and challenge business results to drive performance
- Confident and proactive communicator, able to work independently in a busy environment

**Salary to £60k, hybrid working (50/50), car allowance, bonus to 15%, life, pension, 25 days annual leave, discounts.**
