We are a bespoke doors and ironmongery company looking for bookkeeper/office administrator to add to our team. We offer this role on a part time basis for 16 hours per week.

We are looking for a part time bookkeeper/administrator to join our expanding team.

16 hours per week.

**Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- Sales Ledger
- Handling Customer invoices
- Sending & reconciling monthly statements
- Credit Control
- Highlighting any areas for concern
- Reconciling customer accounts and allocating payments
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing purchase invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Managing office utilities (electricity, water, insurance etc) invoices and renewals
- Processing month end
- Reconciling bank statements
- Experience with producing VAT Returns

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least two years bookkeeping experience
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be PC literate and able to use Microsoft packages including Word & Excel.
- A good level of English, both written and spoken is required;

**Salary**: Dependant on experience
