Our client is top performing FTSE 250 who are looking for someone to join their Group FP&A function to support the business in the delivery of "best in class" financial analysis to a variety of internal & external stakeholder groups.

Reporting to the Director for Group FP&A you will form an integral part of the team responsible for managing the financial reporting and planning processes across the Group, where the objective is to ensure that all available data is being fully optimisedfor decision making purposes. This high visibility role will have exposure to the Plc board and wider Group functions.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

- Manage and deliver monthly Group performance reports to the Executive leadership team. Work closely with subsidiary teams to deliver detailed commentary to explain overall performance
- Deliver key aspects of the Group long term planning, forecasting and budgeting processes, including strategic five year plan & long term liquidity analysis
- Manage and deliver complex financial models to executive teams, in a clear and concise format (previous experience of Power BI for visualisation, and Alteryx or Tableau packages would be distinctly advantageous)
- Develop ad hoc data insights and seek ways to continuously improve Group KPI reporting
- Prepare Board presentation packs for executive management including commentary
- Providing performance analysis to support investor relations and group strategy teams

Our client is looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA) with a background in either FP&A, analytics or transaction services, and posses experience of 'bigdata' analysis and financial modelling. Strong interpersonal and presentationskills are imperative, as this role will have direct exposure to Group's CFO and CEO as well as other board level stakeholders.
