**The Industrial Work Solutions UK **who operates as an employment business are currently looking for **Press Brake Operatives ** for a busy production facility in the **Preston** area. This opportunity is to work with one of our leading clients in the Engineering sector

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Operation of Press Brake**

**Setting of programs**

**Use existing programs and set tooling accordingly**

**Write new programs and set tooling accordingly**

**Maintenance of tooling**

**Health and safety awareness**

They will show good knowledge of the press brake process and the ability to determine condition of tools and point of re-sharpening. A background with sheet metal will be considered advantageous.

**Skill Requirements**

**They must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment and demonstrate flexibility; in return for which a competitive salary will be offered.**

**The ability to work with mínimal supervision will be essential Applicants should also be flexible to work overtime and some weekends as the role requires**

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kendal: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
