Caretaker

As caretaker, your duties will include
- Security procedures for entire building
- Maintenance tasks and painting as required
- Ensuring the premises (internal and external) are cleaned in accordance with agreed procedures, supporting the cleaning staff
- Day to day cleaning as specification
- weekly test of fire alarms
- Managing waste including collection, handling, segregation, container management and storage
- General stock replenishment and oversight including distribution and storage of goods delivered

You will have good communication skills and be flexible and confident to work on own initiative and alongside the wider housekeeping team. As well as an awareness of practice standards of infection control and cleanliness and an understanding of good practice guidelines

Previous similar experience would be an advantage.

**Hours - Monday - Friday 5pm - 8pm**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
