Factory Trainer

Job Introduction
Come and join us We currently have an exciting opportunity for **2 x Factory** Trainers** **to join our team in Willand, Devon.
- The hours of work are**: 5:30am - 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) with an earlier finish of 13:30 on Tuesdays**:

- The rate of pay is**: £12.25 per hour**

Main Responsibilities
We are looking for **2 x Factory Trainers** to join the production team on site. Your main job will be to provide training for our employees on the production line, ensuring they have the relevant skills.

Other duties include:

- Creating training documents/work and instructions
- Delivery of classroom and factory-floor based training
- Maintaining training records and matrices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer and literacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal English is essential

Previous experience with a training provider or within a technical role in operations would be advantageous.
