The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will play a key role in forecasting, engaging with senior stakeholders from across the business to develop financial forecasts and provide information to support key business decisions.

This is a hybrid working role with 2 days required in the office.

Through accurate commercial insight and analysis you will be responsible for maintaining and analysing monthly results to enable leaders across the business to easily understand financial performance while supporting the development Key Performance Indicators.With the use of financial modelling and forecasting you will help business leaders understand the financial implications of strategies and decisions.
The success in this role demands a strong analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature.
Main Duties & Areas of Responsibility
- Support the forecasting process and review the operational assumptions, investigating variances
- Support the Annual Budget process
- Provide analysis to support future performance, financial data, analysis and insight
- Ensure accounting and the financial control procedures are in line with best practice
- Provide analysis to enable the business to meet its commercial objectives and strategy
- Supporting and challenging to ensure optimal operational and performance decisions
- Provide commercial analysis and insight, identifying risks, trends and opportunities for future performance
- Working on key strategic projects across the business
- Support the groups monthly management reporting process, delivering any requested analysis
- Evaluating commercial opportunities
- Ability to interpret complex data, analyse and understand problems
