Location: Remote

We are seeking a Sales Order Processor to join a successful business based in the Northeast. You will be responsible for managing and processing all customer orders and ensuring that they are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process customer orders via ecommerce channels in a timely manner
- Ensure that all orders are entered correctly and completely into the system.
- Communicate with customers to confirm and verify order details.
- General administration duties as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently.
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
