We are gaining market share and growing the market, we need a grower who understands the importance of high quality to ensure we continue this trend.

The role is Monday to Friday.

Full training is provided

This role includes but is not limited to the following Propagation by seed, cuttings and division
- Preparation of composts
- All forms of propagation
- Cuttings
- Divisions
- seeds
- Weed control in cropping and non-cropped areas.
- General site maintenance and repairs if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 - 6 months
