**About the Role**

Reporting to the Data Centre & Connectivity Manager, you will be a Technical specialists and Subject Matter Expert on Data Centre, and Network Connectivity systems and services. You will provide support for the Group’s IT and network infrastructure including(but not limited) to Cisco LAN Checkpoint, Telephony, Netapp Storage and backup systems.

You will be the technical owner of assigned systems, whilst ensuring appropriate configuration and documentation are maintained. The role will involve ensuring the groups security procedures are followed at all times, including the protection of any passwordsheld by the post holder.

**About You**

With previous experience working within an enterprise IT environment, you will have the ability to perform system upgrades and ensure they are appropriately maintained, with appropriate configuration and documentation.

You will have experience delivering services to high levels of quality and availability, as well as providing full life-cycle support to business critical infrastructure and services. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Cisco workingtechnologies.

Experience of ITIL, Agile and DevOps methodologies would be beneficial, but not essential for the role.
