Community Nursing Associate Fixed Term

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Nursing Associate to join the Amersham Adult Community Healthcare Team on a fixed term contract for 19 months finishing August 2024.
This position can give you an opportunity to experience working in the community to expand your skills and knowledge. These skills include: Leg ulcer management, doppler and compression, medicines management within the community, complex long term condition management, tissue viability, short interventions delivering skilled nursing care, risk assessments, end of life support. We will work with you to develop yourself to become a competent community-based professional
The role will also be supporting the Community Nurses in admission prevention, facilitating discharges from hospital and palliative, end of life care.
