**CNC Lathe Setter (Shift) - Norwich**

**Salary: £29,000 - £32,000**

**Hours: (39Hrs Per Week), Week 1 - Mon / Thurs 5:30AM - 2PM - Fri 5:30AM - 11:30AM Week 2 - Mon / Thurs 2PM - 10:30PM - Fri 1PM - 6:30PM**
**Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent**

We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our clients well established Precision Engineering business in Norfolk. Our client operates many vertical and horizontal 3, 4 & 5 Axis Machines, along with Sliding Head technology offering state-of-the-art CNC machinery and a dedicated team of highly-skilled engineers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Setter, our client is currently on the look for Strong Enthusiasm, Great CNC Programming skills and Excellent Problem Solving skills. If you match these key skills this could be the job.

**Key Duties of a CNC Setter**:

- Load the setting & operating Lathe Machines.
- Performing basic offsets. program changes
- Loading and unloading of parts.
- Quality Inspection of parts using micrometers, verniers and gauges.
- Working from Engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards.

**Key Skills of a CNC Setter**:

- Great CNC Programming skills
- Excellent Problem Solving skills
- Strong Enthusiasm
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Relevant Engineering experience
