**About you, about the role**

You will be able to commute easily to Worcester and ideally be no further than 40 minutes away. You will already have experience of providing care to people with support needs and a good understanding of the needs of people living with mental health and its effects to provide recovery focused, person-centred support for our clients to live as independently as possible within the community.

Hours are based on a rota working 39.25 hour per week(pro rata for Part Time), including sleep ins, weekends and lone working.

**Salary**: £11.42 per hour
