**What’s this all about then?**

Job title: Client Partner. Account Director. Senior Account Manager. “Person who drives revenue by being amazing with other humans”.

How will I pay for Netflix? £60K - £65K Basic + 10-15% bonus + benefits.

Will I need to do office? Yes. We have (we like to think) a lovely culture & committed, driven team. It just works better when we can be physically with each other. However, we also like our homes & the flexibility of working from home, so 3 days in the office & 2 days from home is the norm. "Sensible commute into Brighton", is required.

Ok, where is the office? Brighton, central. 1 min walk from the train station. No parking I’m afraid, cos’, Brighton

**Main aims of the role?**
- Drive revenue through client account management skills.
- Strive for aspirational company revenue target, as a team, by being awesome at the above.
- Expand our name & brand reputation. Shows, expo’s, awards, conferences, networking, etc.
- Ultimately, look to establish a solid client account management process & then grow your client partner team.

**What’s this (not) all about then?**
- Target driven, sales smashing, power meeting, ‘phone picking up, business development “hunter” people. No thank you. Absolutely have their place & very respectful of this skill set, but not for us at the moment.
- Suit wearing. Unless it’s a *really* snazzy suit
- People management (yet..?)
