**Your role as Strategic Land Promoter with Croudace.**

As a Land Promoter you will be responsible for the promotion and management of sites in the Strategic Land Portfolio including obtaining allocations and planning consent, and involvement in exercising options, valuation work and legal agreements.

This interesting and varied role will see you play a key part in the expansion and ongoing growth of Croudace. An exciting opportunity to be at the very beginning stages of planning our site acquirement, managing the process, and promoting these to drive our company mission and purpose forward.

**About you**
- Hold a degree in Town Planning, Property Development, or construction is preferred.
- Previous experience planning experience ideally with a developer, consultancy, or local authority
- Ideally, be a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or Surveyor (MRICS), or be active in achieving this status.
- Strong planning awareness and negotiation skills
- Dynamic and personable, with a strong ability to build relationships and excellent communication skills.
