**Graphic Designer - Essex/Suffolk**

Madd Recruitment are currently looking for a talented Mid to Senior level Graphic Designer in the Suffolk or Essex region.

If you’re looking to work within an extremely talented team of creative professionals, and you’re more than a design Designer, a creative that can also cerate’s social marketing collateral and motion or animation at a commercial level, then this is the perfectrole for you. For those looking to develop their already refined skills armoury, get even more creative working across an array of creative channels within this role.

What our client is looking for in you.

Apart from being a fun-loving team player, which is a must for the team we’re working with, you’ll need to have had worked within a commercial studio on some high end projects across all the channels mentioned. Your folio will need to evidence that.

An all-important part of the process is conceptual thinking. The ability to turn a marketing requirement into a journey inspired by creative storytelling.

**Some Key Disciplines**
- Great Conceptual Understanding
- Talented Designer with real creativity and drive
- Talented with all the current industry software packages + After Effects.
- Experience across print, digital, social and motion.
- Good communicator
- A real team spirited individual.
- Great industry knowledge, trends, new and noteworthy techniques etc.

**Your day will consist of**
- Working with your colleagues to create new and innovative ways to communicate through intelligent thinking.
- Team meetings for discussion of ideas.
- Being an integral part of the design and production process
- Coming up with new and innovative ideas.
- Creating presentation materials.
- ...and if you have the ability to pitch that would be an added bonus too.

**How do you know if you’re right?**

Well, you’ll know. If you live eat sleep and breath design then you’ll be just fine. If you have worked on design for a mix of projects and have a commercial folio collected over 3 or more years with some interesting work for some interesting clients init then you’ll no doubt get an opportunity to come in for a chat.
