Children's Home Shift Leader

**We are currently Recruiting for a Children's Home Shift Leader; this is to work in a home for children and young people with Challenging Behaviours and Complex Needs**
The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff.
The young people in these homes have suffered from either Trauma, Neglect and various types of abuse. You will be working with them to create a family environment and making their experience as positive as possible. This allows for a good working relationship and positive outcomes for the young people.
On top of helping shape the futures of young people, you will gain valuable experience and training as well as qualifications as you grow with a company that has the staff, and young people at the heart of its operation.
- £22,627 - £24,012
- Sleeps Paid at £45 per night (+£3000)
- Clear progression plans
- Sleep-ins paid additionally as well as opportunities for overtime
- Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
- Level 3 Residential Child Care required (Or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must have knowledge around Therapeutic Care

You will undergo specialist training for the role and be supported in any way, whether that be to continually support and be part of the Staff team or grow and take on management opportunities within the company.
All the Young People receive the best care possible in homes that feel just like that and are specially tailored to deal with their every need.

**Experience**:
- Therapeutic Childcare: 3 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
