**Procurement Coordinator**

**The Role**
- Run forecast reports on upcoming orders and ensure all supplies are ordered accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Monitor prices and stock levels and liaise with relevant personnel
- Negotiate prices and lead times
- Updating price files ensuring quantity breaks are correct
- Arrange for distribution of materials and parts
- Sourcing of products from new and alternative suppliers
- Handling of GRNs
- Other relevant duties

**Essential Criteria**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a purchasing / procurement role
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Highly motivated and a positive attitude towards work
- Excellent problem-solving skills
