Night Porter/receptionist

- **We currently have a Night Porter position available to cover all of our hotels in Gloucestershire**_

**Shifts**:16-40hrs per week, 11pm - 7am, weekends included _(chance for overtime available)_

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

**Location**:Cheltenham**

You will cover all hotels; New County Hotel, Central Hotel Gloucester, The Oakwood Hotel, Central Hotel Cheltenham
- Someone who holds a full driving license _**(desirable)**_

**Reception**:

- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Answer all accommodation enquiries
- Checking in and out of guests
- Excellent time keeping
- Processing reservations
- Use an online payment system
- Greet, serve and look after our guests
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
