Drinks Ambassador

If so, we have an exciting opportunity awaiting you to join our team in our dedicated Whisky Shop, you can share your love of Scotland's national drink with our customers

Featuring a choice selection of rare expressions and truly outstanding single malts from some of Scotland's most prestigious producers, our Whisky Shop is a one-of-a-kind destination for tourists and whisky fans alike. In this position you will play a key role in delivering a level of customer service that befits our luxury brand, using your in-depth knowledge of whisky and other Scottish spirits to assist our customers in making the perfect selection.

You will also be responsible for helping to maintain a clean and organised environment, assisting with inventory management and ensuring that our range maintains our high standards of quality and value.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Cashiering.
- Assisting in merchandising and general upkeep duties.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of our products and their history and production processes.
- Delivering consistent and flawless personal service to all our customers, answering queries and providing them with specialist product knowledge.
- Supporting the management team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals.
- Your responsibilities as a drinks ambassador will extend to our Wine, Spirits and Beer Room where you will have the opportunity to work with luxury brands as well as delivering first class customer service.
