**Mixing Machine Operative**

**Full time, Monday to Friday (**£13.00 per hour)**

**6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am Rotation (M-F)**

Our client, a prestigious manufacturer are currently looking to recruit a Skilled Operative to start working at their main site in Nelson. This is a temp to perm opportunity, therefore we are looking for someone with long term career prospects.

**The role**:

- Accurately mix and blend large volumes of drinks
- Set up and minding automated and semi automated mixing equipment
- Complete all records and paperwork for your specific work area, these must be legible and accurate (e.g. handover books, quality records, maintenance schedules).
- Conduct autonomous maintenance tasks on your machines, including asset cleaning and lubrication in line with the relevant SOP’s/STM’s

**Experience/Person**:

- Basic/intermediate mechanical qualification or demonstrable practical experience. (For example, experience in a similar role in FMCG, Chemical Mixing etc)
- Expertise in role or Multi-skilled across a complete filling line.
- Ability to work under own supervision
- Collaboratively work with a multi skilled team
- Good analytical and numeric ability
- The ability to manage a task to completion in a busy environment

**Hours and pay**

£13.00 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts

Overtime available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
