**Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be a key member of our Marketing Team, working on B2C and/or B2B2C marketing initiatives within the financial service sector. Your role will be based at one of our UK offices in the vibrant, seaside town of Penzance, Cornwall.

**Key Skills and Experience**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services.
- A relevant degree and/or marketing certification.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in utilizing data to make well-informed decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation software.
- Social media management skills, particularly on Facebook and LinkedIn.
- A proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and handling ad hoc requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong self-motivated drive to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing Executive, you will:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing requests for a key region/brand, providing support for our Business Development team and key partners.
- Work with Design and Development teams to create compelling marketing materials that drive commercial success.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and affiliate partners.
- Measure and provide insightful reports on various success criteria, including open rates, click-through rates, lead stage conversion, pipeline, and revenue influence.

**Working Hours**:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
