We are looking for a dynamic individual who has significant experience within NHS, including experience of using and entering information onto databases and spreadsheets.

Do you have experience working within a multi disciplinary team, involving co-ordination of meetings and managing cancer patient pathways?

Do you have knowledge of medical terminology and have working experience in all aspects of Trust clinical systems e.g. PAS, CRIS, Somerset Cancer Registry

The post holder will be responsible for the tracking of two specialties to ensure all patients are tracked through their pathway, challenging where necessary, to ensure all cancer targets are met and to be a point of contact for members of the MDT on a day to day basis to ensure continuity of communication.

This is a role for 12 months covering maternity leave and secondments will be considered. Please talk to your line manager before applying
