Overview:
**Duties**:

- Carry out general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting, and carpentry work
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Perform repairs on electrical systems and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises
- Working between 2 Hotels
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Carry Out Health & Safety Checks

**Requirements**:

- Clean Drivers License
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a multilingual team
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
