**Job Details**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. General**
- Ensure the company and clients Data Protection requirements are met at all times.
- Perform all tasks in line with the process guidelines and within the framework of service level agreement.
- Develop positive working relationships with the aim of continuously improving service delivery.
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team at all times.
- Ad-hoc duties to support your Team, your peers, and your Line Manager
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and bring any improvement suggestions to the attention of your Line Manager
**2. Service Delivery**
- Manage workload through the task management software to ensure that all work is completed within our assigned response times. (eTickets)
- Collection and collation of authorised data from the client relating to pension data.
- Ensure that all Local Government Pension’s Pensions data is produced in accordance with agreed procedures and pension regulations.
- Input of pensions data via electronic upload and manual input and issue to clients or pension funds.
- Ensure a three-way reconciliation - payroll deductions, pension report, pay-over, before submitting monthly returns to LGPS Schemes
- Be the first point of call for clients and pension funds and respond to and close all queries within the assigned SLA. Where this is not possible communicate this to the **team lead** immediately, working together to communicate the estimated timeline for resolution to the client or fund.
- Calculation and processing of all statutory information relating to clients’ employees relating to pensions.
- Trigger auto re-enrol when advised by the client.
- Assist with the year-end process to ensure Strictly Education meet all statutory deadlines.
**3. Administration**
- Provide data to enable invoices to be raised for the fees charged for the pensions service.
- Follow processing documentation calculations and procedures.
- Ensure electronic filing is kept up to date.
- Ensure Pension folders are kept up to date with all relevant pension information.
- Support clients and where appropriate use the relevant software to raise queries.
**4. Communication**
- Maintain regular communication with all designated clients and pension funds.
- Ensure all issues and queries are dealt with within the expected SLA timescales.
- Communicate effectively with clients and LGPS schemes to ensure informal complaints are escalated to the **team lead** immediately.
- Ensure telephones are always answered within 3 rings during working hours in line with the published service level agreement.
**5. Quality & Training**
- Ensure all annual SEG mandatory training is current and up to date.
- Keep up to date with Pensions Legislation through Continuous Professional Development
- Ensure all work follows the most current and up to date processes.
